Final scope, materials, price, schedule, warranties, and payment terms are established only in a written agreement signed by Cox Roofing and the customer.

Cox Roofing’s 10-year workmanship warranty applies only when stated in the customer’s signed contract and is subject to that contract’s terms, limitations, and exclusions. No separate website statement expands or replaces a written warranty.
Limitation of Website Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cox Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from website use, interruptions, errors, third-party services, or reliance on preliminary website information.
